لفائف القرفة
Ingredients
- 2 tasses et demi de lait chaud
- 1 cuillère à soupe de levure de pain
- 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre
- 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile
- 2 tasses et demi-précis
- Un demi-verre d’huile
- Un peu de sel
- Blanc d’œuf
- Tasse et quart de farine de fino
- Pour la farine environ 400 g
- 2 cuillère à soupe de beurre

- 1 ملعقة كبيرة خميرة الخبز
- 1 ملعقة كبيرة سكر
- 2 ملاعق كبيرة زيت
- 2 كيسان و نصف دقيق
- نصف كأس زيت
- القليل من الملح
- بياض بيضة
- كأس و ربع دقيق الفينو
- و بالنسبة الدقيق تقريبا 400 غ
- 2 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة
